Spiritlandia

25 decorated barges will parade down the river that runs through the heart of our magnificent city along the River Walk. Each barge represents a different figure or tradition associated with the Day of the Dead.

Spectators will witness a journey down the river, illuminating the history of Día de los Muertos with a variety of interesting facts, legends and fun lore. The artisans and craftswomen of Mexico have worked tirelessly for months to create the magical barges of this night, and even the smallest details have special meanings.
